About South Asian Talent Management (SATMA)
SATMA Mission: Provide a platform for pre-selected and screened talented groups, individuals, schools, colleges, organizations or any other talent of South Asian origin, collaborating and complementing this talent pool with the varied requirements across a cross section of products, services and events enabling the promotion of South Asian arts and culture.
SATMA Goal
In the last decade the South Asian population in the U.S. has grown at a staggering rate of 69% but less than 1% of this population has been able to come to the forefront. With the growing population a need has emerged to unify this diverse and multitalented and multicultural segment under one umbrella so that more people have the opportunity to showcase their talent to the mainstream audience. SATMA is the ‘missing link’ in this chain joining the needs of the community with the demands of the changing ethnic climate providing one point of contact for end users and clients making it a ‘win win ‘ scenario for all… The links in this chain might be localized however the outreach is truly Global.
