Mrs. Sanam Azeem crowned Mrs. Pakistan international 2013

Atlanta Ga: Mrs. Sanam Azeem of Roswell, Ga, USA has been crowned the Mrs. Pakistan International 2013 in the pageant finals on 18th May 2013 at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel in Atlanta, USA in a well contested finale. Sanam is elated to be Pakistan’s ambassador and feels honored to represent Pakistan at the Mrs. International Pageant 2013.

Mrs. Rukhsana Hussain of Buford, Ga, USA was declared the first runners up and Mrs. Basma Adeel of Atlanta, Ga, USA was declared the second runner up after two days of scoring rounds of Interview, Fitness Wear, Ethnic Wear and Evening Gown, judged by a competent panel of judges.

The finals show was graced by Mr. Subash Razdan, winner of Pravasi Bhartiya Samman Award 2013 who was the Chief Guest. The show was also graced by celebrities Ms. Pooja Batra – Bollywood movie star and Ms. Reema Khan – Pakistani movie star.

Mrs. Reema Khan, Mrs. Adrita Khanna, Director of the Mrs. Pakistan International 2013 Pageant and Mrs. India International 2008 & Mr. Mike Parsons ( Husband of Mrs. Sanam Azeem) crowned the new Mrs. Pakistan International 2013, Sanam Azeem after culmination of an entertaining evening where the top 4 finalists competed for the coveted crown. The guests, an involved and encouraging crowd, enjoyed the finals which also included some spirited Pakistani songs by Shaan Khan & Farheen Ali, wonderful music by DJ ZEE, Planet U Performing Arts dance performance and sound system by Salim Punjwani of Sur Sangeet of Atlanta.

Ms. Fazleen Sohani & Mr. Taimur Ghaznavi were the Master of the Ceremony and the show was broadcasted live in partnership with DesiWebShow. The friends and family of the finalists were able to watch the performance live from any web enabled device all around the world.

Mrs. Sanam Azeem – in a clean sweep also won all the four segment awards- Mrs. Ramp Walk , Mrs. Beautiful Smile, Mrs. Beautiful Eyes, Mrs. Beautiful Face which were judged by the two celebrities – Ms. Pooja Batra and Ms. Reema Khan.

The other finalist in Mrs. Pakistan International 2013 was Mrs. Sajida Khan from Kennasaw, Ga, USA.

The finalists Mrs. Aisha Rashdi from New jersey-USA, Mrs. Laiba Ali from London- UK and Mrs. Maria Suhail from Lahore-Pakistan couldn’t attend the pageant .

The women of Mrs. Pakistan International are married women between the ages of 21 and 56 and originate from Pakistan, even though they can be residing anywhere in the world.

Mrs. Adrita Khanna, was appointed Director Mrs. Pakistan International by Mrs. Mary Richardson, who is the Executive Director of the Mrs. International Pageant which enters the 26th year of competition. The Mrs. International Pageant system is recognized for its integrity, standards, utmost fairness and consistent application of its rules and regulations.

Mrs. Pakistan International promotes the family values of respect, compassion, honesty and tolerance. Mrs. Adrita Khanna wants to provide a global platform for showcasing the achievements of international married Pakistani women and has a dream of building a home in the USA for the less fortunate children
