Chicago IL: Sivic Inc. has secured $350,000 at 26% equity from Seftech India Pvt. Ltd. at the pre-seed stage to develop its Alpha version due for soft-launch in fall 2018. Sivic is a ‘post function’ app that addresses civic engagement.
